Springdale Industries LLC (together with its affiliates, “Springdale Industries”) began operations in April 2025. Springdale Industries is an internally managed permanent capital vehicle which is under common control with ZBS Partners, LLC (“ZBS”). Jake Sloane and Frank Zhang, the co-founders of Springdale Industries also control ZBS, a private equity manager. References to “track record,” “platform,” “our team” and other historical information prior to the date of Springdale Industries’ founding represent the platform investments made by, and activities of, the co-founders throughout their careers working together, including at ZBS, and do not represent the investments or activities of Springdale Industries. Specifically, Alliance Animal Health, Crete United, Legacy Service Providers, Current, Rocket Youth and Shield Technology Partners are investments made by ZBS and are not investments of Springdale Industries.
